2. Scope and Customer Groups

These Terms apply to consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B), with a primary B2C focus.

Any conflicting customer terms apply only if explicitly accepted in writing.

3. Service Scope

Betgranted provides access to a dashboard, trading/betting evaluation challenges, and funded accounts after successful evaluation.

The platform does not provide financial advice and does not offer direct real-money gambling.

4. Eligibility and Regional Restrictions

Use of the service is limited to users aged 18 or older.

The service is generally offered globally, excluding sanctioned countries (including OFAC-listed jurisdictions). Regional blocking may be applied.

5. Contract Formation, Fees, and Payment

Depending on the product, a one-time evaluation fee and/or a monthly subscription may apply.

There is no free trial unless a demo account is explicitly offered.

If payment fails or is not completed, account access may be suspended immediately.

6. Withdrawal and Refunds

Once a challenge has started and digital performance has begun, no refund is available ('No Refund').

Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Term and Termination

The contract term is either the duration of the booked challenge or a monthly subscription.

For monthly subscriptions, ordinary termination requires 14 days' notice to the end of the month.

Immediate termination for cause is possible, especially in cases of fraud, multi-accounting, or serious rule violations.

8. Data Deletion After Contract End

Personal data is generally deleted within 30 days after contract end unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

9. Challenge, KYC, and Payout Rules

Payout eligibility requires successful completion of evaluation targets (e.g., profit target reached, drawdown limits respected).

Successful KYC verification (ID check) is mandatory before the first payout.

Payouts are processed within 14 business days after a valid request and successful review.

Prohibited conduct such as arbitrage, latency trading, or exploitation of software bugs can lead to disqualification and permanent exclusion without refund.

10. Intellectual Property and License

All rights to the platform, software, content, trademarks, and processes remain with Betgranted or the respective rights holders.

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dashboard for the contract term and within contractual limits.

11. Availability and Support

Betgranted targets 99.5% annual availability. This is a target and not a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

Support is provided via email and Discord. The target response time is 48 hours on business days.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.

Liability for lost profits or losses resulting from trading/betting decisions is excluded.

Liability for intent, gross negligence, and mandatory statutory cases remains unaffected.

13. Changes to These Terms

Changes to these Terms will be communicated by email at least 4 weeks before taking effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permissible.

14. Governing Law and Venue

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
